Bridge Collapse Wounds Six Autoists Near Jonesboro
Nice women were seriously injured when a bridge on the Jonesboro road four miles from Jester's Old Mall collapsed while they drove over it. The injured include Mrs Bonnie Mae Tent and Mrs A T Waddell of Lakewood and Mrs HON Richardson of Camp McEltox. They were taken to Grady hospital. Ruth Richardson and others in the car sustained severe bruises. The party was en route to Atlanta from Jonesboro. Cause of the collapse had not been determined.
