Madison June 17 The state supreme court sustained the constitutionality of the eugenic marriage law, reversing Milwaukee county circuit court. The law requires male license applicants to take blood tests and pay three dollars to physicians for the exam. Alfred A. Peterson had challenged the measure after being denied a license for lack of a medical certificate. Four physicians refused to perform the test citing the fee inadequacy.
