Dodd Brothers Give to the Brown Fund Scholarship
Athens on June 16 Specially Eugene and Harry Dodd now successful young men of Atlanta sent a check for 3500 to the president of the board of trustees of the University to be added to the Brown fund for the assistance of worthy men by loans to secure education at the university. Both men were beneficiaries of that fund years ago and have long since paid back all they borrowed with interest. Now that success has come to them they wish to add to the fund that helped them. The trustees however set the amount aside to be used as the Brown fund and to be known, as the Dodd scholarship fund.
