Four Charges Against W L Haney Seized by Police
W L Haney, 21, of 80 South McDanial Street, is held without bond on charges including shooting Rufus Dewdle, drunkenness and disorderly conduct, reckless driving, and shooting at Th S Duncan. Police arrested him near McDaniel and Humphries streets at 9 p m Sunday after a ride with Duncan brothers ended badly. Haney, who owned a car, allegedly tried to force the men from the vehicle and later ran over and injured two others on McPaniel Street.
