In a year end report committee chair praises the council and notes that if no other street work is possible in 1908, Marietta and Decatur streets from Moreland to Bellwood should be paved with modern wood block. Cross streets on Eigewood and Capitel avenues should receive at least one side paved with chert and stone to keep avenues clean. Lionel Collier urges equipment readiness for future expansion.
