Millen Georgia December 8 Special report says a negro killed Marshal Brinson in Midville on the street after being ordered to quiet and appear in court. The killer fled into a swamp half a mile away as sheriff and armed whites corral the area with bloodhounds. Brinson, a popular officer, died from three gunshot wounds.
