Incorporators include J F Mer Perto Belt and C M Hitch who will serve as president. Hitch former secretary to the governor. Capital stock $500000 with nearly all stock sold. Third major insurance company organized in Macon in two years.
Dr Dunbar Ogden, pastor of the Central Presbyterian Church, will preach a special Easter morning sermon on The Resurrection Body. A five minute children’s sermon titled Chosen From the Sheepfold will precede the main talk. Evening service topic is A False Security.
The club divides cleanup duties into sections to ease organization. Ladies appointed as chairmen will oversee wards with Edgewood led by Mrs Charles Whitford Smith and Inman Park by Mrs John Brooke. Other chairs include Mrs M Berry Copenthill and Mrs L Waldo with Mrs Skinner providing diagrams.
