Charley Price Captured in Oconee County Arson Case
Charley Price, a Black man, was arrested on charges of burning the home of Charley Simms in Oconee County. Bailey Maxey tracked Price across Jackson Hall Gwinnett back to Oconee and captured him at his father's home. Maxey says sufficient evidence exists to convict, praising Maxey’s police work on the case.
