Sherman Hawks Dies After Illness in Sherman
Sherman Hawks a well known horse dealer in Sherman died yesterday afternoon at his home on College avenue after about a day of illness. He was fifty five, survived by his wife, a step daughter, and a daughter Mrs James Coker. Funeral planned for Friday at Nicholson in Jackson county with interment in the Davie family cemetery conducted by Rev Sherman R England.
