Yesterday two large property transfers occurred in Athens. W A Mallory sold the Oconee and Thomas streets warehouse to Miller and Co, formerly owned by Dr E B Lyndon. Mallory also sold land between the Tuck building and the Ath ens Gas Co office to Judge C T Young for Lyndon. The market remains firm and pricing strong.
