BOGtoberfest fundraiser at Buckeye Lake celebrates Cranberry Bog
Buckeye Lake hosts BOGtoberfest on Saturday Oct 1 from 5 to 10 PM in the parking lot by the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club. Paul Clark and his Buckeye Lake band perform at 6 PM under a white tent with Buckeye Lake Brewery beers, wine, and cranberry treats. Proceeds support Buckeye Lake Historical Society and Cranberry Bog conservation efforts amid a 70 percent income loss to the Queen of the Lake tour boat and local preservation work.

County gains land with 911 tower on Haga Ridge Road
