His wife Sandra 30 and children Kimberly 11 Kenneth 10 Kandice 6 died Sunday in a Lake Michigan plane crash shortly after takeoff from Meigs Field Chicago. A pistol and a note were found near Utroska body. he died of a single .22 caliber heart shot. The note says it was his fault and Sandra cannot care for the children alone. The family plots for burial at Clinton Memorial Park.
