Council Not Obligated For Water Works Bill
Logan city council debated a $19,000 water works bill from G.M. Baker and Son for work from November 1976 to March 1977. The solicitor noted lack of contracts and council authorization, while some officials argued payment may be appropriate if emergency work preserved the system.
