Meigs Local teachers strike moved to court deposition
Meigs County Common Pleas Court will hear a deposition Thursday at 10 a.m. involving Meigs Local School District Superintendent Charles Dowler and board members. The move follows a temporary restraining order that had kept teachers from classrooms despite picketing and renewed board offers. The MLTA denounced the injunction as strikebreaking and accused the board of delaying negotiations and pressuring teachers.
