4 H Seamstress Earns Outstanding Award at State Fair

Joyce Wickline of 230 Mulligan Road led a Clever Clippers 4 H Club showing as one of four Athens County entrants to win an Outstanding award for clothing projects at the Ohio State Fair. The Athens High sophomore wore a hot pink velour jumpsuit with an elephant buckle and a matching wrap skirt. She plans more than sewing as she also participates in Gymnastics Club and Girls Athletic Association.
