IRONTON AP Lawrence County Ohio constable Joe Rigney fired into the Parrot Club near Proctorville after three bullets struck the door as he attempted entry. He later returned with two revolvers and arrested operator James Tost and two employees. Tost charged with illegal sale of whisky and shooting at an officer. others charged with resisting arrest.
