Marietta October 31. Judge David Warren Jones, age 79, the oldest member of the Washington County Bar, died here of a heart attack. He came to Marietta 30 years ago and sat on the common pleas bench for 14 years. Since retirement he practiced law. He was a native of Mudstous.
