Three Men Arrested After Bridge Wagon Collision on State Route 66
Three men James Webb Okey Stover and Fred Moore were arrested after a car collided with a wagon on the Margaret's Creek Bridge on State Route 66. The wagon, driven by Stover's brother Major, carried his son and daughter. One horse was destroyed and the wagon driver suffered two broken ribs. Webb and others received minor injuries. All were jailed in Athens County awaiting investigation.
