Current rates 40 cents a ton for loading eight cents for cutting and 3 50 a day will stay in effect until next April 1 with six months of operators scale then in place. The plan calls for 3 25 a day for labor 37 cents a ton for loading and seven and a half cents for cutting. From Oct 1 1933 to April 1 1934 the present scale remains in effect. Rates may be revised with changes in Eastern Cambridge districts.
