Judge John Bolin of Athens County Common Pleas Court urged Nel sonville Business and Professional Women's Club to support State Issue No. 1 a Nov. 5 public improvement bond. He said funds would build school and university facilities, create water impounding, parks and recreation areas, purchase land for dams, and finance state buildings, repaid by continued one cent cigarette tax.
