Zoning Code Changes Near Final OK in Logan Council
Logan City Council faces final approval of proposed zoning and planning code changes. The planning commission led by Worthington engineer James Guthrie approves street width, curb, surface standards and a potential commission to set higher widths. A 50 foot minimum right of way for subdivision streets is proposed, with 30 feet of roadway, and variations may be granted to avoid hardship. A second report on Logan’s comprehensive plan is due within a month, outlining land use, transportation, housing, and capital improvements.
