Rocky River man charged in OU student rape case
Rocky River man John P. Hyland, 20, was arrested after a Friday warrant and held on 100000 bond on a Sept. 26 incident in Bromley Hall involving an acquaintance staying in a guest room. The Ohio University Police Department is investigating. Hyland is not an OU student.
