Appalachian Highway Study OK'd with 176 mile corridor plan

The Ohio Department of Highways outlined a 176 mile corridor from Cincinnati to Belpre via routes including US 50 and Route 124. Franklin Engineering Associates will perform preliminary work under a $238,500 study approved with federal funds, due within 12 months.
