Miraculous Escape of Ten-Year-Old Boy From Wagon Incident
A ten and a half year old boy from Snogar Creek miraculously escaped serious injury after falling from a wool wagon. The front wheel rolled over his shoulders twice but he sustained only minor facial bruises. The accident occurred while his father hauled wool on a side road.

Teacher Arrested in Whipping Case at Cynanan Township
David Seaman, resident of Edi Township and current Cynanan Township teacher, was arrested on cruelty to children charges for whipping pupil Clifford Love. He appeared before Mayor Rose after the Friday warrant, pleaded not guilty, and demanded a jury trial. The case will be decided next Saturday.

A Marrow Escape in Guysville Holiday Visit
