DETROIT Mrs Florence Harding Goodrich wife of Merton Goodrich serving a term for the murder of 11 year old Lillian Gallaher returned to her home in Freeport Ohio today. Judge Henry B Sweeney of recorder's court ordered her release late Monday. She had been held as an accessory after the fact the murder of the small girl who was lured to the Goodrich apartment here by Goodrich. Sweeney said there was no basis in Michigan law for the charge against Mrs Goodrich.

Officials of the H K Ferguson Company announce construction of a $1.25 million chemical plant to produce chlorine in Barberton. The project will be undertaken by the chemical division of the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company and is expected to begin soon.
