Know Ohio Week aims to showcase state’s attractions
The Know Ohio League launches Know Ohio Week from May 20 to promote Ohio’s cultural, historical, industrial and agricultural sites. Leaders from 30-plus groups push a “See Ohio First” campaign to urge residents to explore locales, parks, mounds, colleges, state institutions, roads and farms across the state. The effort, aided by the education department, highlights Ohio’s Mound builders heritage and diverse tourism, transport and educational resources.
