A 21 year old Circleville man named Robert Segee was questioned in Columbus about the 1944 Ringling Bros. fire in Hartford Connecticut which killed 107 and injured 412. He had been employed by Ringling Bros. at the time and was held in Franklin County jail after being arrested in East St. Louis.
