Junior musicians of Middleport presented an instrumental and vocal program at the high school auditorium under the Woman's Music Club. About 100 children participated. teachers included Mrs. Homer K. Grant and Miss Lois Cecil.

Miss Edith Hutsinpiller was named honorary supreme matron as Mary Shrine met at the Legion Hall for the Supreme Shrine of White Shrine of Jerusalem. A Pomeroy group presented a program and group singing accompanied by Mrs. Lillian Stieff. In Meigs County the Staff and Officers Club and Past Chiefs of Meigs Temple No. 153 held a joint meeting with twenty seven members and three guests, planning a rummage sale and sauerkraut dinner and awarding prizes to several members at the Sanborn home.
