Four injured in Route 13 crash in Ohio
A Sunday crash on Route 13 left four injured including two juveniles. Terrance Price, 52, of Glouster drove a Chrysler Concord crossed the center line and struck a guard rail then hit Rachel Orwan, 35, of Athens. Price ferried by MedFlight to Ohio State University Hospital in fair condition. Orwan and two juveniles were taken to area hospitals. Route 13 closed about 50 minutes. Charges pending against Price.

Retiring Athens County humane officer ends 31 years of service
