Desultory fighting between Chinese nationalist forces and Japanese troops continued at Tsinan-Fu. Advices say nationalists evacuated the occupied zone as Japan pressed toward Tsinan-Fu with reports of rail disruption and destruction of the city electric plant. Major General Iwakura and units from Tsingtao were noted as advancing. 2,500 troops and two airplanes were en route from Dairen. Another report says nationalist troops crossed the Yellow River toward Tenchow with an arsenal as a target.
