County Commissioners Buy 8000 Tons Limestone for Bridge Repairs

The Board of County Commissioners purchased 8,000 tons of crushed limestone from Scioto Stone Co of Columbus for general repair work on county pikes this summer. Shipments begin May 1 and total cost is unlikely to exceed 18,000 dollars. Only two bridges need full replacement, at Stewart and Glouster, costing 4,690 and 2,700 respectively.
