Perry County court notes detail multiple wills and a damages suit
Lance Sherrick 16 through father Andrew Sherrick seeks 25000 from Donna Wilson for an accident March 4 1967 in a Crooksville parking lot injuring Sherrick’s left leg. Andrew Sherrick seeks 7930 for lost duties of his son. The report lists numerous estates with executors and heirs including Hill Johnson Bateson Stuart Dunwoody and others. State funds include 30000 in gasoline taxes for Perry County road work and 3333 in sales tax. various estates appoint executors and note bequests and land acquisitions.
