Eye Exercises and Their Limits in Vision Aids
Eye exercises may help some conditions when guided by an expert but cannot enlarge or permanently change eye size or replace proper glasses. They might influence brain processing more than eye muscle function, and they should not delay proven treatments for glaucoma, cataracts, or refractive errors. Studies continue to evaluate their role alongside drugs and other therapies.
