Maecenas Club Founder Honored at 25th Anniversary Luncheon
Mrs J R Harvey founded the Maecenas Literary Club on the West Side of Athens and, 25 years later, 16 members and two guests celebrated with a luncheon at the Cottage Tea House. The program honored Harvey and noted the club's history and 1949 50 calendar plus donations to Red Cross Easter Seal Sale and Ohioana Library Association.

Grange Awarded Merit for History of the Grange
