A. S Bethel Probate Judge certifies a March 5 1895 inspection by L A Koons and Andrew W Allom of Athens County Treasury. They counted money examined books records and vouchers and reported three thousand two hundred seventeen dollars ninety nine cents as the total in the treasury with a fund by fund statement.
