Columbus Ohio March 20 Representative Crabbe announced he will move a reconsideration of the emergency clause vote in the house this afternoon and will ask for a revote next Tuesday at 1 30 PM He said the aim is to give those who voted against the clause a chance to change their stance if they wish.
The Lithuanian information bureau reports a new anti Bolshevik movement forming in Russia under Soviet rule. Led by the independent communist party, it claims strong front lines support and city enlistments, including Kilna, where a newspaper declares Bolsheviks must halt warfare and soldiers must return home or depart with no permission.
Paris March 20 American bullets helped save France and now she asks American business to aid restoration. Philippe Chocarn controller general of the liberated region says it will take ten years to restore the north to its pre war state with aid from the United States for five years then tapering off. He urges machinery buildings and material supplies to rebuild towns cities and villages and envisions northern France becoming a model for the nation with Americans aiding in sanitary factories and buildings.
Governor Cox has not produced a substitute for the Crabbe prohibition enforcement bill passed by the house.
