Truck Law Rulings Made by Ohio Attorney General
Atty. Gen. C. William O'Neill ruled on three questions about Ohio's truck tax law. Transfers require paying the difference to the current rate for the rest of the year. If weight was understated at original registration, pay the old-rate difference. If weight increases after registration under the new law, pay the new rate for the remainder with credit for prior payments.
