Columbus Ohio, Feb 28. Jury returns guilty verdicts against Malcolm Kinnaird and W F Polley in cases against men and corporations tied to a local ice trust. Other defendants acquitted. Narrow escape as boy crushed by Sugar Creek train
Robert Goodman Jr. aged 13 narrowly escaped death when a shifter he rode on was thrown off near Sugar Creek Wednesday afternoon. His right hand was crushed under the wheels but officials believe finger amputation will not be needed. He suffered bruises to his body and is from near Mine 210 with his parents.
