The Educational Equalization Fund of Ohio has paid off notes used to borrow for the Waterloo Shade Consolidated and Trimble districts in Athens County. Funds borrowed in March financed salaries and expenses for the first half year. Waterloo received 7332.67 dollars Trimble 15200.00 dollars Shade Consolidated 9605.37 dollars.
