Portsmouth June 22 The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted Municipal Court Judge H L Small on two charges of intoxication The judge appointed in 1931 by Governor White denied the charges and asked for trial by jury

Davies announced Columbus will press the Columbus Gas & Fuel Company to refund about 165000 dollars collected under a 55 cent gas rate, which the state supreme court vacated yesterday. The company must revert to the 48 cent rate as ruled, reopening numerous rate questions tied to amortization charges and wholesale gas pricing.
