The decision follows a 3-2 vote with Cardaras and Dailey leading, while Moore and Thomas opposed. The board also approved acting superintendent Ransom to handle duties and set up procedures for bus driver physicals and EMRC funding. The ruling follows a prior suspension in May and pending court action by Christman’s attorney.
