County library adds Book-a-Bike at Glouster branch expands outreach
Athens County Public Libraries extend the Book-a-Bike program to Glouster offering two bikes and an attachable Burley trailer that doubles as a stroller. Indoor marijuana grow found after attic smoke call
Firefighters responding to smoke in an attic at 12425 Route 691 Nelsonville found an indoor marijuana grow operation. Athens County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant. Major Crimes Unit reported 69 plants. Fire Chief Scott McManus said crews were already in the area for a prior accident.
