City County Sanitarian Quits Athens Post
Athens city county health board sanitarian Daryl Rowe leaves his post September 1 to study for a master of public health at Berkeley with a stipend from UC Berkeley and the Public Health Service. Joseph Kasler will replace him August 1 and oversee school health, pools, food services, and water and sewer systems. Kasler is Greenfield native, married with a three year old daughter. his wife Linda is an X ray and lab technician at Ohio University Hudson Health Center.
