Dr. Carroll L. Sines, 51, of Nelsonville Route 2, was found dead in his car in the home garage Wednesday morning. Sheriff Brown says the death appears accidental pending autopsy and investigation. He left home to visit a patient and was found at about 10:30 a.m. by his wife Martha. His office is on the Public Square. Arrangements to be announced by Warren Funeral Home.
