Vinton Social Notes Highlights From Local Parties
The column covers a Saturday party hosted by Mrs. James Snyder and Mrs. Eddie Amos for sons Philip and Quenten on their seventh birthday with many attendees. It also notes the Women’s Home Council's first cotton dressmaking meeting led by Ruth Sonner, plus enrolled members, a midwinter Youth Fellowship Institute at Portsmouth, and visits by G P Ewing to Gallipolis and relatives in Columbus Reynoldsburg. Byrd Alexander is listed among those noted as ill.
