Dusz WWI veteran, survived by widow two sons and siblings. funeral set for Wednesday at 2 pm, burial in Asbury Ridge Cemetery.
Ohio county officers who took office this year face pay cuts from the Eighty Ninety General Assembly. Attorney General Bricker ruled that the law took effect Jan 2 after a Sunday holiday rule, making Jan 1 nonholiday and the salary reduction in force. The ruling addresses the effective date of a 1932 act signed by Governor White and filed Oct. 3, 1932.
The Union Milk Producers Association of Tuscarawas County dairy farmers voted to construct a dairy and cheese factory at Sugar Creek, west of New Philadelphia, on January 23.
