Lawyer Appeals Ticket To Ohio Court Of Appeals
A 50 year old Marietta lawyer, Roger F. Redmond, appeals a speeding conviction from Athens County Municipal Court. He was cited Oct 2 1971 on Route 50 by the State Highway Patrol, pleaded innocent, and was found guilty Oct 26. His appeal for a new trial was denied Dec 8 by Acting Judge Roger Jones. His notice claims the court erred in admitting a plan of Routes 7 and 90, in admitting patrolman testimony, and in excluding a defense witness.
