Hobart Davis, 52, of Waverly, was found alive and taken to Chillicothe Hospital in serious condition after being trapped in debris from a collision that tore up tracks. Railroad workers rescued him after the wreck stalled hopes of survival. Officials estimate the damage but not the cost and expect days to clear wreckage and replace about 100 yards of track.
