Education 324 Language Arts Class Set at Point Pleasant
Morris Harvey College will offer Education 324 Teaching Language Arts in Elementary School at the Point Pleasant extension center in spring. The class meets Thursday at 6 30 p.m. at the Point Pleasant High School Materials Center with registration at the first or second meeting January 13. Three credit hours may be earned. Motorist Cited After Route 62 Guard Rail Crash
City police investigated two accidents Monday morning and cited one motorist. Orson L. Fallon, 26, failed to control his car on Route 62 near Krodel Park and hit a guard rail. Marlene K. Roush, 18, was cited for defective brakes after an 8 a.m. crash near Suncrest Cemetery, swerving to avoid a car and striking a monument.

Six Charged In Christmas Eve Hartford Altercation
Mason County sheriff's deputies charge six people from Hartford in a Christmas Eve fight. Lester Gibbs is jailed on a weapon brandishing charge. Warrants for destruction of property have been issued for Wayne Teter Teddy Martin Eddie Vanmeter Larry Grimm and a juvenile.
