Plains mother gets three year term for harming toddler
A 27 year old woman from The Plains pleaded guilty to permitting child abuse and endangering children for injuries to her 1 year old in 2015. She will begin a three year prison term after surrendering Jan. 30. Her partner, James Balcom, also faces charges and faces sentencing Jan. 30.
